I have a 15" monitor. Which resolution is the best to use?

It mostly depends on your taste and your work. On a higher resolution, you have more 'screen area' to work with, but the fonts will look smaller. Also, with higher resolution and/or more colors, your computer will be slower. For your question, the best resolution for a 15" monitor is 800x600.
