recover MS Internet mail folders

upgrading my win95 desktop to active gave me outlook Express. everything imported fine. But
Win98 Blew up with vwin32 errors.... I blew away all my windows and went back to win95B
now I have Ms internet mail again but my folders eg: mbx and Idx files will not be imported by
exchange or eudora or the reinstallation of internet mail.
Please help recover two years of email. and maybe the address book.

You need MS outlook Express to convert it back, it comes with IE4 or you can download it from Microsoft as an addon to IE4.

Select Import from the file Menu to import from Outlook then Export.
