Shared folders in Outlook

I have been using Outlook for some time now and I'd like to use the collaborating features in it with my collegues.
We do not use MS Exchange (CC:Mail instead). How can I use group calendars and common Mail folders (if at all).

I'd like to have a Project Management folder that everyone can access and contribute to.
