Shared folders in Outlook

I have been using Outlook for some time now and I'd like to use the collaborating features in it with my collegues.
We do not use MS Exchange (CC:Mail instead). How can I use group calendars and common Mail folders (if at all).

I'd like to have a Project Management folder that everyone can access and contribute to.

I think that you need the Exchange Server

Connect to the internet and go to Add/Remove programs and select Outlook 98.  Select to add additional Components.  It will connect to the WEB and start setup.  Let it detect settings on your computer and select to install NETFOLDERS on all of the computers you want networked.  This is the component you need to share Outlook 98 over a network.  It will work for Win95 or NT.  It actually updates by E-mail, so all of the users need an
E-mail address.

It will add a SHARE selection to the start menu.

I have installed it but, What do I do now? How do I share the contacts.
