Well, it is probably a left over file from an uninstalled program that was deleted, but the computer never was told to stop trying to load it at boot. If you want to get rid of it, goto start, run, type "sysedit" without the quotes, find the window with the system.ini file, goto search, then find, type "mrci.vxd" without the quotes, then erase the line that contains it. If it isnt found in the system.ini, look for it in the win.ini file already on your screen, if it isnt there either, it may be in your regestry. goto start, run, type "regedit.exe" without the quotes, goto edit, then find, type mrci.vxd, it may take a minute to find, when you find it delete it. I hope this helps. If not feel free to contect me.
