I solved the problem, What it was, is that i had a All In wonder Pro in my system, and i removed it, for the G460. So when i did that, the ATi Software Removed the Video for windows MCI. Soo i just Reloaded windows, and it fixed the problem,, BTW the G460 is i740 Based... <br />

I have a Diamond G460 8MB AGP Video Card, and whenever i try to load anything that has to do with Video, like the Start of Flight Sim 98, or the Display Properties, it comes up with a MCI MMSystem266 Error,, It says it can't find it,, any suggestions, Thanks..<br />
