MMSystem266 errors w/ G460

I have a Diamond G460 8MB AGP Video Card, and whenever i try to load anything that has to do with Video, like the Start of Flight Sim 98, or the Display Properties, it comes up with a MCI MMSystem266 Error,, It says it can't find it,, any suggestions, Thanks..

Try to narrow it down further.  Try clicking on .jpg,  .mpg,  and .avi files for example.  If a particular file fails,  try looking in the video codecs for those file to make sure they're there.  Being an MMSystem error,  It's some type of multimedia error.  If that doesn't produce the error,  look at .mid,  .wav (okay,  you'd have seen .wav failure by now by itself),  and any other sound or video files you have.  If one fails,  you can R-click the file and find out the CODECS its using,  as well as some simple test procedures.  Also look for combinations of files that cause the error. Since it's a Diamond card,  I'd also look for the updated drivers on diamond's site at www.diamondmm.com since a lot of the drivers released with 98 were buggy and prone to failure. (Diamond users. . That's why it usually says that S3 is the best match for your card even when there's drivers for your card on the CD)

I solved the problem, What it was, is that i had a All In wonder Pro in my system, and i removed it, for the G460. So when i did that, the ATi Software Removed the Video for windows MCI. Soo i just Reloaded windows, and it fixed the problem,, BTW the G460 is i740 Based...
