How is it possible to create a floating toolbar like in
Word or Corel in Delphi 3 ?
(please just a simple version)

hi subrek,

why make it yourself if there are good freeware and shareware components enough. I use TToolbar97 for this, it's shareware (25$) from a certain version (older version is still available but not supported anymore). Have a look yourself : http://www.connect.net/jordanr/
