How to position something (e.g. table) in a background in a fixed postion;
when we resize the window it won't leave it's position.
what I want to have is a table to be fixed at the same position with respect to the background no matter the size of the window

Make the whole page one big table with all the page elements in cells. Fis the cell size in terms of pixels, not percentage of window.
