There is no provisions in the MSIE libarary for hidding the scroll bar in the web browser control. It is a built in function that cannot be controlled through outside code or API. Some of the other available web browser controls do allow for getting rid of the scroll bars. A excellent web browser control can be found at www.homepagesw.com. I have used the MSIE web control for years and even have deployed it, but personally, it is not a programmers dream to use<g> If you are attempting to deply web browser functionality, the MS web broser is not the choice of choices to use for  many good reasons, mainly, the distribution support required, not to mention the reporting requirements.
