Send Message to another application

Can I send a message to a window that belong to another application?
How to get this window's handle?

Yes you can.  How you get the handle depends on the circumstances, that is, it depends on what you are trying to do.  You must know somethign about the "target" window already, right?  Like do you know its title?  Its spacial relationship  to one of your windows.  Its window class?  etc.  If you can provide more details, I can probably help you.

My problem is that when I logon Windows95, a program can send WM_KEYDOWN
and WM_KEYUP to Enter password dialogbox which has been popuped by system. The exactly name can be found by Spyxx.exe. This program should be able to send password instead of typing keyboard.

You can use FindWindow() to find the dialog window based on its title and window class name.  (which you can get using Spy++).
