Mac application to read exe. files

How can I read exe. files sent as email attachments from a PC. Is a Mac application available to do this?

.exe stands for executable. To read the file is to run it. To run it you need a DOS or Windows emulator like VirtualPC or a DOS card.

This could also be a self extracting zip file and as such might be openable but extraction programs on the Mac (stuffit deluxe) or zip it

Stuffit Deluxe is commercial amd ZipIT is shareware (I think!)
