How To Get All The Packets

I want to know the number of packets coming to my machine, ie to find all the packets coming to my machine using socket programming.

Hai..
 I think it is not possible through socket progarmming .U can use a max of Raw socket to change IP header.. that's all. for that u have to to netbios functions..
