What is the best way to interface between a web form and a Sybase SQL database?  I would like to be able to do the scripting in perl or c if I have to.  The database is set up on an AIX machine.  If someone could walk me through the process, as I am relatively new to the DB community, it would be appreciated.

You can use DBI with perl to access Sybase (we use it for Oracle).
