On my website I want certain to be protected from printing and saving to disk.

What steps can I take to ensure that students aren't allowed to print or save a document?

The exact solution depends on if the students are accessing the server locally or over the network. Generally, the only way to prevent somebody from printing and saving documents is by making them members of certain group and setting "NO ACCESS" file permissions for this group.

The students will be accessing the site over the network and locally.  Only certain members will have access to this site, but I don't want those same members to to save or print the information from the site.

Let me know if you need more detail.

save or print what ?? The web pages or the files that have links on these web pages !! Please be specific.
