If you have created the form properly in the html-file the data will be put together in a character-string and send in the EXTENSION_CONTROL_BLOCK as lpszQueryString.

If the HTML form uses the GET method, the lpszQueryString member of EXTENSION_CONTROL_BLOCK structure contains the data. If the HTML form uses the POST method, call the ReadClient function to retrieve the data. Of course, it is not so straightforward as ASP. You have to parse the data. You may extract the parsing code from some CGI libraries.
