I have a banner that shows on my AOL web page, but when other people link to it, they only see a box with a red "X" in it. The same thing happens with "buttons" I can only see them from home base. Why? How can I get them to work? Note: I can get from my home page to my game page by clicking on the banner and back,but can't get them across the WEB.

I have the banners up-loaded to " MY PLACE " plus I have one of them as an official Link Exchange banner. They both work as long as they stay in the boundries of " My Computer ".

What i think you problem is that you have the local path names in the html pages. what you have to do is remove all the local path names (I mean those paths inside your computer) and then just put the file names there ....then put all the Gif's everything inside the current directory !
eg:-

IMG= "file///c|/myplace/banner.gif" if anything of this sort is there change it to...
IMG= "banner.gif"
