Plenty of providers offer free hosting (like tripod, geocities,...)
Has anyone heard about a provider offering free hosting with ASP support ?

I BELIEVE xoom.com does this, if not than NO providers offer this. XOOM is by far the best FREE account for web hosting, but whether they offer ASP support or not you will have to ask them.
