EXP8661 VER1.3 M/B. Have lost manual can some one help with how to get manual over the net or jumper settings

Thanks did find the faq page at dataexpert but was unsure about the ratio to use.
so I was hoping to have that cleared up as well.  I am sorry for being such a dumbbo
but I don't want to damage the CPU.
