Add a folder with URLs to Netscape bookmark

This should be simple but I got lost in Netscape programmers' site.

I need to make my application add a folder with some URLs to NetScape bookMark. I do not know the format or how I can do that. I also need to know if the format depends on NetScape version or not. Any sample code will be appreciated.

Thanks

I took a look at the file it creates and it looks like it may not be very hard to do this.  Go to the bookmarks part and open the window and then save them to a new name (save as).  then look at the file.  YOu will see its just HTML scripting with some fancy stuff folded in.

example:

<DL><p>
    <DT><H3 FOLDED ADD_DATE="900516212">Fun</H3>
    <DL><p>
        <DT><A HREF="http://www.geocities.com/" ADD_DATE="900516659" LAST_VISIT="901040006" LAST_MODIFIED="900516634">Geocities</A>

    </DL><p>
    <DT><H3 FOLDED ADD_DATE="898794297">coins</H3>

Apparently the first Folder item is designated with <DL>
<DT> represents an item.
</DL> ends the items in that folder

The FOLDED may refer to folder as a special thing to differentiate it from just an item in the folder.

<DL> is a definition list
<DT> is a definition term (item)

You can get a full html reference guide at http://developer.netscape.com/docs/manuals/htmlguid/tagref.zip
