I own a 486 DX4 120Mhz with 16M RAM, and run Win98 (full version installed after formating my hard drive). Every time I select Restart, the &quot;Windows is shutting down&quot; window appears, and the computer freezes. Any ideas?

Win98 Hangup when Restart selected.
