Searching for ANSI-C Course

I am searching for a certified course which teaches me in ANSI-C. Where can i download such a course?  Hopefully in german language, but also in english language.

Do yourself a favor and forget about downloadable "courses".
Get "The C programming language, 2nd edition" By Kernighan and Ritchie (also known as "K&R2").  This is the best C book for beginners and experts alike.  A translation to german may be available.
