I am using the Microsoft web browser ocx in an app and I am getting error messages.

The thread 0xFFC1C9A5 has exited with code -1 (0xFFFFFFFF). The thread 0xFFC645F1 has exited with code -1 (0xFFFFFFFF). The thread 0xFFC60AC9 has exited with code -1 (0xFFFFFFFF). The thread 0xFFC60F8D has exited with code -1 (0xFFFFFFFF).
First-chance exception in oletest.exe (KERNEL32.DLL): 0xC0000005: Access Violation.
First-chance exception in oletest.exe: 0xC0000005: Access Violation.

The app is a simple SDI program, I have placed the control on a dialog box and on a view. The errors happen when I close the app or close the dialog box.

Does anyone have a clue?
If anyone knows where I can get docs on this control, that would be great.

thanks
