I have downloaded the files but can find no instructions for using it. Can you help?

That's a C++ sample without the compiled executable file. Let me know your email address so that I can send you the working exe file.

I just found that the latest version contains the exe file which resides in the release directory.

I clicked in regmaid application of 150kb and got the message:
a required .dll file MCC42,dll is required. Should I download the program again? I got it yesterday

Took your advice. In the release directory there is a regmaid app file of 150kb. Got the message:
a required file MCC42.DLL is missing.  Help!

I guess it is MFC42.DLL instead of MCC42.DLL. I am sending it to you.
