Gray a Scrollbar

I'm using CScrollView and would like the scrollbar gray out instead of hiding when the displayed picture is smaller than the Window that displays it (no scrolling required). But how do I do that?

Try next:
Get handle of the scroll bar and call EnableWindow( hScrollBar, FALSE ).

I solved the problem myself:

EnableScrollBar( SB_HORZ, ESB_DISABLE_BOTH );
(only wanted the Horizontal scroll to be grayed)
