I would like to know normally what are the approach and methodology, for webpage and web application development documentation?

Are there any sites available for reference or books?

Vinceytw,  There is a great site called Personal Bookshelf where  you can view books online...I've seen great books on approach and methodology for webpage developement there...it is free but you do have to register...hope you find what your looking for...
