Logicode 56k x2 update to V.90

I was wondering if anyone knows if Logicode released a v.90 software upgrade to their 56k x2 modems before they went out of business.  If so where can I get it now that their web site, BBS, etc. is off the line?  I have a TI based X2 and really want to update to v.90.

There will be no v.90 code for this modem since all production ceased and the company has since gone under.

I knew that Logicode was out of business and the modem was not made anymore.  I suppose the real question is:  Was a v.90 update released before Logicode went under and if so, is there a BBS or website that may have it (ie a copy from another user)?

V.90 code was finalized in feb 1998 and the company went under before any code was released, a friend of mine has the same problem with his modem and has been trying to find code for his modem for months and never has.
