Two into one won't go!

I have made two connections with separate ISPs - one my personal one and the other to do with my employment. What procedure do I have to carry out with Outlook Express so it accepts either ISP I connect to. At the moment I obtain the message that ISP “Beta” before ISP “Alpha” can be connected. This means I cannot receive emails from “Beta”

How about setting up 2 different profiles when you login to your workstation.  Setup the first to login to ISP1 and the other to ISP2.  All relevant settings can be kept under the profiles themselves and Outlook will not get confused about which one to use.
