Searching Web Pages

I have created several web pages but when I use a search engine to try to find them, I never can.  Am I supposed to do something special in order to allow users to search and find these pages. I've seen some pages with "meta" commands but I don't know what they do or if it's what I need to do.

Help,
Kim

At the bottom of each search engine there is a link called submit URL you have submit you web site's address to each search engine for that engine to be able to find it.
Once you do that you may not get good results in the search engine, but you will be there as far as getting high on the list of returned results have fun it extremely difficult.
