I'm trying to use a cursor with MS SQL for the first time. I've used the standard SQL dbxxx front end functions for some time.

Can someone show me an example of using cursors via the dbcursoropen type functions? For the moment, I'm only looking at one table. Is there a resource page that someone can recommend?
