Frame scroll bars

page with 3 frames- would like to shrink the size of scroll bar and move left frame bar to left side of page

can you expand on what you want to do.
if the case is before you start up the browser you might use this
in the frameset tag. ' COLS="50%,*" ROWS="50%,*" '

I have never seen a left scroll bar.
Your question is not clear;
Is it 3 vertical frames of same size, 3 horizontal of same size?
Explain more.

NO

what you ask cannot be done with simple HTML.  You might ba able to write a java applet or Shockwave, where you control the scrollbars, layout, etc., but we cannot force the scroll to the left side, nor can we change  the size of the scrollbar.
