fatal error from microsoft fax

sometimes when i am trying to send a fax via msword 97 i get a "fatal error", this happend only when i send a cover page with my fax. i am using the hebrew vesion of windows 95 as the operating system.

Are you able to send faxes that are larger than one page without a cover letter?

Try sending directly through Ms Exchange or Outlook to see if you get the same error. Just attach the doc file.

You have a conflict in the version of some DLLs.

There are 2 solutions as of today:

1) Remove Office from win95, Remove Microsoft Mail and fax
    Reinstall first the fax and later Office97 (SP1)
    If you don't have office SP1, download the service pack from the Microsoft Site.

2) Outlook98 is a *FREE* upgrade to Outlook with a new FAX software from delrina.
   Ensure you have The office service Pack loaded.
   Download and install Outlook98 from the MS site (or order the CD from MS).
