Sharing MS Outlook calendar with others

I have an attorney friend that would like his secretary to be able to change HIS calander from HER computer. They are on a Novell 3.12 server & Win 98 workstations. Both have Outlook installed locally. Can this be done or is Outlook not capable ?

Outlook 98 can do it can be downloaded for free from microsofts web http://www.microsoft.com/outlook there is an option in ol98 to to install netfolders, this allows you to share your contacts folder and also your calendar folder to other users or for that matter any folder you wanted to share in outlook 98. It would have to be put on both computers and both would have to have netfolders installed, now every 5 minutes or so the contents of the folders are Synchronized between both machines. He would end up with her contents and vice versa. If you decide to go this route you may want to order the cdrom from Ms for $9.95 instead of downloading it at about 30megs.
