ODBC SQL Server Drive Problem

Hi.
   i keep getting this problem that crops up here and there
in my asp programs.



Microsoft OLE DB Provider for ODBC Drivers error '80040e31'

[Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver]Timeout expired

Why is this and how can this be solved?
I have tried having this line of code at the top of the asp
file

      Server.ScriptTimeout = 9000000

or any big number from 900 and onwards.

also, i'm using NT Option Pack so iis4 is installed...

Have you tried to set the Timeout of the connection-object:

Conn.ConnectionTimeout = 5

(it counts in minutes)
