NEEDED: rc.exe (in your VB directory)

Can anyone PLEASE send me the file "rc.exe" supplied with VB?  I am missing it.

Thanks to all of you that help!!

P.S.: I will increase the points to 60 I just want to see if anyone would give it to me :)
