is there a program just to send,recieve and delete mail in
Unix? Is it hard? What language is it written?
Do you have it?
Does the sendmail function in a chat program works if
you just run the sendmail function? What other functions will I include if I will just use the send mail function?

"mail" is the standard, minimalistic, Unix mail utility.
It's written in C, of course :)

Ofcourse there is a program in Unix called Pine to send, receive and delete mail.

I dont know which platform it is written off but this is the facility which is famous nowadays.
