Install Problem on SCSI-HDD

Win 98 Setup hangs when I install on SCSI-HDD (IBM DCAS).Installation on IDE-HDD (Quantum Fireball)
runs errorless.But when I should write large Files on SCSI-HDD system crashes.
My Configuration:
AMD K6/233
PCCHIPS MAinboard Topgun (ALI IV+)
Miro Video 20SV
Miro PCTV
ACARD AEC 6712U  SCSI-Controller
GRUNDIG CDR100IPW CD-Writer
TEAC 24X IDE-CDROM
IDE HDD 3,2 GB
SCSI HDD 4,3 GB
MUSTEK SCANNER 800 II SP
WangDAT 3100 Streamer
