  How do i connect visual basic 5 to informix, or should you have any script or program that connect
visual basic 5 to informix.

Use ODBC + DAO, that works for me.
For example:

Dim lDB as Database
   Set lDB = Workspaces(0).OpenDatabase("", False, False, "ODBC;")
   lDB.Execute "Your SQL Command", dbSQLPassThrough
