I have 2 frames in my web application.
I need to get the value of textbox in another frame.
how?

So make sure you give a name to the frame, the form and the textbox.

I need put this value in a session var like this
<%session=("myvar")=...........%>

You can only get a client side form variable into a server side variable by submitting the form.

First, put you're variable it the session object :

after calling an .asp file, Session("MyVar")=Request("MyTextBox")

Then you will be able to use it (<%=Session("MyVar")%>).
