control panel error message ncpa.cpl

during the installation of netware client for Nt the insatllation crashed. After that I can`t start the network icon in the control panel, getting the error message: can`t access the ncpa.cpl.

Hi,

   The installation crashed, as you stated.  Therefore, the program was not installed "completely" or "correctly."  You need to uninstall and do a reinstallation.  If you need to install this program 'without' control panel, follow the step in the article below.
