use this code... in your index.htm file..

<HTML>
<HEAD>
</HEAD>
<BODY>
<SCRIPT LANGUAGE="JavaScript">//<!--
window.location = "http://your link here"
// -->
</SCRIPT>
Click <A HREF="http://">here to go to the other site...</A>
</BODY>
</HTML>

If Javascript is enabled on their browser, it will redirect them.. if not, it will display the message and they can then clik to go...
