I have a Spanish program that requires Director Player 4.0 and I get the following error messages when I try to run it:&quot;MCI Driver is not responding correctly. &nbsp;Try to reinstall the MCI sound driver or call Tech Support for assistance.&quot; After I click OK, I get this error message: &quot;Unable to play.
