boot loader install order

On one of my machines I have a Novell server and would like
to add a NT server and a linux/? machine as options  - the novell/server is already on the primary(boot) drive. Does the boot loader have to be put on before the other systems? will the linux loader have options for the three differnt systems?

You can add as many boot options as you like with lilo.
Works fine.
