Hyperlinking the resulting data using FrontPage 98

I have created a site using ASP/FP98.  This site has a database and many pages depend on this database.  I can get to retrieve desired info using SQL statements but I would like to also have a link to every single record so when I click on a record's ID, it will let me know everything about this record.  Any suggestions?

This is quite well possible.

What I have seen, FP98 produces not so transparent ASP-code. So it is hard to tell from here what you should change. If you give some code, then it's much easier to tell what changes should be made.

Nevertheless an effort:
I assumpt that the result-list is produced in a loop through the recordset. For each record some HTML-code is generated. This part should be edited to produce somehting like:

<a href="ViewCompleteRecord.asp?ID=<%=RS("ID")%>"><%=RS("name")%></a>

You'll have to make a new ASP (ViewCompleteRecord.asp) which shows the data of one record based on the ID of that record which is passed in the querystring.

I discovered another way to solve my own question.  It was to create a push button which will then submit the ID of the individual record to another ASP page which returns the desired record.  Easy to setup and no new tables need to be created.
