so. now i want to plan meetings between the users of the workstations. but ist doesn't work. i can see the calendars of the other in planing the meetings. neighter in the short preview, nor i can open the other users calendar.

i tried to set the user rights in the options menue but the "rights buttom" is disabled.

I am not sure what you are saying so I will give you some details.

You must give permission to the mailbox. Do this from the folder directory, pull it down, make it stay, select Mailbox - user name, select properties, permissions, give user review rights.  Now go to calendar, properties, permissions, give same user rights to what ever level you wish them to have.  Go to client who you gave rights to, select tools, sevices, exchange server properties, advanced, ADD, select the user who mailbox you have access to. When done with this, the users mailbox who you have access to will show-up in the folder directory.
Do not use DELEGATE from the options screen.

In short, a user must first grant access to the mailbox, then grant access to folders in that mailbox.
