Hi, If you are working on a windows 95 system than there a very simple and the best used technology all over the web is Personal web server from Microsoft. I have downloaded it from the internet (even though it took a hole lot of time to do so) and it works great!

What you need to do is go on to the Microsoft site and do a search on "Microsoft Personal Web Server" download version 4 the latest. It has wonderful documentations too. It's just like having your own server.
