I, like many other people, as it seems, am unable to fine the Program.exe file necessary to open certain files. I would like to know more about this, and what to do to fix the problem.

You did not state what program you are having this problem with. I have only seen this with IE4.xx . The only solution I have ever been able to come across is to re-install the program. This fixes it completely. Hope i have helped.
