upgrading a new motherboard and cpu

Ok if i upgrade my motherboard and cpu would i have to reinstall all my drivers again??

No you may have to install any drivers that come with motherboard
but you will not have to reinstall any drivers like that of modem,
sound card etc.

from a amd k6 233 to a amd k6-2 333 or higher when i have the money and a 100mhz bus speed motherboard

You don't need to reinstall nay new drivers. But you need to install
whatever drivers which came with your motherboard.
