Printers Disapearing

One of my users has a IBM_380ED laptop and every now and then her printers will just vanish, and we have to set them up again.  Ever here of this problem ?

I`m not all that familiar with laptops in general, but a dying
CMOS battery could cause a computer to "forget" what`s attached
to it when it is turned-off.

First, if you are connecting to the printer from a network (via say, LanWorkplace Pro) you should make sure that you have the latest patches from Novell installed. Your registry could have also become corrupted. Try running RegClean or the like.

mschuste,  where can I get a valid copy of RegClean.  Is it bundled in TweakUI ?
