Office 97 Style Toolbar

Hi !
I'm using VB 5.0 and I'd like to get hold of or implement an Office 97 style Toolbar.
I've heard that there are 97-style Toolbars available for download somewhere but i can't
seem to find them. What I'd like to know is how to implement or how to find these Toolbars.
