What deferent cgi .pl and .exe
how can we create a .exe cgi?

There is a difference between CGI and WINCGI. CGI is done with scripts like perl (extension .pl) and it needs an executable (perl.exe) to run.

WINCGI (which is not supported by all servers) allows executables to run as a cgi.

But in fact the extension (.pl or .exe etc) says nothing. I can rename my perlscript to .exe and tell my server to treat them like perlscripts. They will work fine.
