Why do you want to set the IP adress to 0.1.0.0? Please explain why you cannot use 192.168.0.1 or some other well working IP.

First of all, I would STRONGLY advise to change the IP numbers to valid IP numbers!

You can change your IP number directly in the registry, which allows you to enter an invalid IP address.

Start regedit change you IPAddress value:
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\Class\NetTrans\0001]
"IPAddress"="0.1.0.0"

Reboot and ready.
